In order to build, add, or make changes to your existing or future structure the board asks that you submit an ACC application. This approval is to protect you, your property value, and your neighbor's property value. Please complete the below application and return the application and all requested drawings or material specs to CKM at acc@ckm1.com or feel free to drop them by the office at 701 Clarence Street Tomball, TX, they will then forward the application to the acc committee for review.

 

*Please note that ACC approval is required prior to all outside changes per the CCRs. Please also note that per the Deed Restrictions your ACC has 30 days to review all applications.
